On December 11, 1974, all academic building of primary and secondary education wanted to choose class room representative, and choose chief and chief cadre of secondary education association on December 16, 1974. However, ministry of national education secretly held a meeting and prevented the classroom represent to selected. Instead, they established building school association.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ នៅគ្រប់គ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សាបឋម និងមធ្យម សិក្សាប្រុងរៀបចំជ្រើសរើសតំណាងប្រចាំថ្នាក់ ការជ្រើសរើស ប្រធាន និងគណៈកម្មាភិបាលសមាគមសិស្សមធ្យមសិក្សានៅថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ ប៉ុន្ដែក្រសួងអប់រំជាតិបានធ្វើការប្រជុំសម្ងាត់រួច ហើយដើម្បីបំបាត់មិនឱ្យមានតំណាងសិស្សប្រចាំថ្នាក់ តែបានបង្កើតឱ្យមានសមាគមកសាងសាលរៀនជំនួសវិញ។
