In a letter sent to Mr. Speaker, it means that I wish to convey to house of representative my deep concern about the present critical situation in Cambodia. Cambodia can not survive unless the congress soon acts to provided it supplemental military and economic assistance.
លិខិតផ្ញើជូនលោក ស្ពីកឃ័រ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីការព្រួយបារម្ភរបស់ខ្ញុំ ចំពោះស្ថានភាពនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដល់សភាតំណាងរាស្ដ្រ។ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានឹងមិនអាចដំណើរការទៅមុខទៀតបានទេ ប្រសិនបើគ្មានជំនួយយោធា និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុពីសភា។
