On December 07, 1974, at 8:30, there was a meeting at Tuol Svay Prey High School, Min Marn, was the host. The meeting was participated by about 100 academic staffs and 2 national police.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៨ៈ៣០ នៅវិទ្យាល័យទួលស្វាយព្រៃ មានកិច្ចប្រជុំមួយដែលមានលោក មិន ម៉ាន នាយកវិទ្យាល័យជា ប្រធានអង្គប្រជុំ។ ការប្រជុំនេះមានបុគ្គលិកសិក្សាចូលរួមប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ និងនគរបាលជាតិ២នាក់។
