Letter from the President to the speaker: I wish to convey to the house of Representative my deep concern over the present critical situation in Cambodia. An independent Cambodia can not survive unless the congress acts very soon to provide supplemental military and economic assistance, unless such assistance is provided, the Cambodian army will run out of ammunition in less than a month.
លិខិតពីលោកប្រធានាធិបតីផ្ញើជូនអ្នកតំណាង ៈ ខ្ញុំសូមបង្ហាញពីការ ព្រួយបារម្ភយ៉ាងខ្លាំង របស់ខ្ញុំចំពោះស្ថានភាពតានតឹងនៅកម្ពុជា ប្រាក់សភាតំណាងរាស្ដ្រ។ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានឹងមិនអាចរស់រានទៅមុខ ទៀតបានទេ ប្រសិនបើសភាមិនផ្ដល់ជំនួយផ្នែកយោធា និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុភ្លាមៗទេ។ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានឹងប្រើប្រាស់អស់ អាវុធយុទ្ធភណ្ឌក្នុងពេល១ខែទៀតប្រសិនបើគេមិនបានទទួលជំនួយ។
