The document was about the treacherous activities of Thach Thoam, Um Thim, soldiers of Seung Ngoch Thanh, and soldiers of Chan Reansy. The activities were to convince people to counter the revolution, support the guerrillas, and to build up forces, especially CIA, to infiltrate into villages. Waging war, distributing leaflets, demolishing rice granges at a hospital of Prey Nup Distirct, and implementing other strategies had to be fulfilled to attack the revolution.
អំពីផែនការក្បត់របស់ ថាច់ ធាំ, អ៊ុម ធឹម, កងទ័ពសឺងង៉ុកថាញ និង កងទ័ពចន័្ទរង្សីគឺការឃោសនាអូសទាញប្រជាជនឱ្យព្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ឱ្យឧបត្ថម្ភចោរព្រៃ កសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់តាមភូមិនានា ពិសេស កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា។ ធ្វើសង្គ្រាមចិត្ដសាស្ដ្រ បាចត្រាក់ កំទេចជង្រុកស្រូវ មន្ទីរពេទ្យនៅស្រុកព្រៃនប់និងយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ ផេ្សងៗទៀតជាច្រើនក្នុងការវាយបដិវត្ដ។
