The meeting of the National Security Council was to review the situation in Cambodia, to energize the bureaucracy, and to discuss the prospect for supplying in Phnom Penh-obtaining suplimental aid for Cambodia-evacuation plans. Another letter was a memorandum for Robert C.MC Farlane, major, USMQ military assistant to the Assistant of Security affairs. The subject of this memorandum was (Cambodian contigency planing) and (outlook should congress approve the military assistant program suplimental for Cambodia).
ការប្រជុំរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្ដិសុខថ្នាក់ជាតិ គឺដើម្បីពិនិត្យមើល ស្ថានភាពប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការពង្រឹងការិយាធិបតេយ្យ ពិភាក្សាពីលទ្ធភាពនៃការផ្ដល់ជំនួយដល់ភ្នំពេញ និងប្រមូលប្រាក់ បន្ថែមសម្រាប់គម្រោងជម្លៀស។ លិខិតមួយទៀតគឺជាអនុស្សរណៈ សម្រាប់លោករ៉ូបឺត ស៊ីអឹមស៊ី ហ្វាលេន ដែលជាជំនួយការ យោធាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិច។ ប្រធានបទនៃអនុស្សរណៈនេះគម្រោង យថាភាពនៅកម្ពុជា និងការប្រមើលមើលករណីសភា យល់ព្រម ផ្ដល់ជំនួយយោធាដល់កម្ពុជា។
