Statement by president dated on April 12, 1975: In View of the seriously deteriorating military situation around the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, and on the basis of the recommendation of American Ambassador to the Khmer republic, I have instructed the personnel of the U.S Mission to leave Phnom Penh.
សេចកី្ដរាយថ្ងែងការណ៍ដោយប្រធានាធិបតី នាថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ៈ យោងតាមស្ថានភាពវិបត្ដិនយោបាយនៅភ្នំពេញ កម្ពុជា និងអនុសាសន៍របស់ឯកទូតអាមេរិក ទៅសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរ, ខ្ញុំបានបង្គាប់ ឱ្យបុគ្គលិករបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកចាកចេញពីភ្នំពេញ។
