On August 04, 1971, around 70 North Youon Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Cong soldiers armed with two 60mm mortars at VT 636-828 in Stok Slat village as well as at VT 638-831 in Ma Heng village, Peang Lvea sub-district, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យួនយៀកកុងខាងជើង និងខ្មែរ យៀកកុងចំនួន៧០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ និងមានកាំភ្លើង៦០មម ២ដើម, បេ៤០ចំនួន៣ដើម បានចូលមកតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិស្ដុកស្លាត ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៣៦-៨២៨ និងភូមិម៉ាហែង ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៣៨-៨៣១ ក្នុងឃុំពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
