A source reported that on August 4, 1971, about 100 North Yuon Viet Congs moved from Sleng village crossing Angkanh sub-district at VT 940-678. Then they raided on national army who had just came back from sweeping away operation at VT 895-288, on August 3, 1971, 12 Khmer Viet Cong transported medicine (worth 3,000 riels) by crossing Sram Roleav village to Angkor Borei sub-district. The source added that in most parts of Prey Kabass district North Yuon Viet Cong seized guns from Khmer Viet Cong .
តាមប្រភពផ្ដល់មកថា នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យៀកកុង យួនខាងជើងប្រហែល១០០នាក់ បានចេញពីភូមិស្លែង ឆ្លងកាត់សង្កាត់ អង្កាញ់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៩៤០-៦៧៨។ ពួកនេះបានវាយស្ទាក់កងទ័ព ជាតិ ចេញប្រតិបតិ្ដការណ៍បោសសម្អាតត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៨៩៥-២៨៨។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុង១២នាក់ បានដឹក ថ្នាំពេទ្យបើគិតជាប្រាក់៣,០០០រៀល កាត់តាមភូមិស្រមរលាវ ទៅ សង្កាត់អង្គរបូរី តែពុំដឹងជាមកពីខាងណា។ មានប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា នៅក្នុងស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ទាំងមូលពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងបានដក កាំភើ្លងពីខ្មែរយៀកកុង សើ្ទរគ្រប់កន្លែងទាំងអស់។
