In the morning of July 27, 1971, about 100 people in Moha Leap sub-district stayed a demonstration and gathered at the headquarter of front committee of Sotin district, which was located to the North of Wat Moha Leap, Moha Leap sub-district. The demonstration was held to fight against the traitorous committee and to urged the committee to solve problem of food shortage.
កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ប្រជារាស្ដ្រចំនួនប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ នៅសង្កាត់មហាលាភ បាននាំគ្នាធើ្វបាតុកម្មដង្ហែជាក្បួនទៅ ប្រជុំនៅទីចាត់ការរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការរណៈសិរ្សស្រុកសូទិន ដែលតាំង នៅខាងជើងវត្ដមហាលាភ សង្កាត់មហាលាភ។ បាតុកម្មនេះធើ្វដើម្បី តវ៉ាប្រឆាំងអោយគណៈកម្មាការក្បត់នេះដោះស្រាយឱ្យពួកគេជា បន្ទាន់នូវ បញ្ហាប្រជារាស្ដ្រដែលគ្មានអង្ករទទួលទាន។
