អំពីចម្លើយអ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ ប៊ុន ហេង អាយុ ៣២ឆ្នាំ នៅឃុំនិទាន ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពលួចស្លាបព្រា សហករណ៍៤ យកទៅកាច់ចោល សំដែងការមិនពេញចិត្ដនឹងអង្គការ បដិវត្ដន៍ បានពោលពាក្យថា «ប្រជុំអីក៏ប្រជុំទៅអញលែងស្ដាប់ហើយ»។
