General Department of National Police of Khmer Republic got information about the conference on political analysis of Khmer Liberation for the successful plan in 1974. This information, the General Department of National Police received from the agent source of ministry in enemy's area on October 18, 1974.
អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាននគរបាលជាតិ នៃរបបសាធារណៈរដ្ឋខ្មែរបានទទួល ពត៌មានស្ដីអំពីសកម្មភាពខ្មែររំដោះឬខ្មែរម្ខាងទៀតធ្វើសន្និសិតវិភាគ នយោបាយ សំរាប់ផែនការយកជ័យជំនះផ្ដាច់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ពត៌មាននេះអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាននគរបាលជាតិ បានទទួលពីប្រភពភ្នាក់ងារ ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ តុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
