A source reported that on August 5, 1971, at 11:00 PM locat people reported that about 100 Viet Cong armed forces moved from Kampong Thom province by crossing from the East to the West Bank of Tonle Sap river and national road No. 5 near Trapeang Russie village VV 476-666, Baribo district of Kampong Chhnang to Kampong Speu province.
