Ou Toeu, a Khmer Communist and a kid teacher, in Bous village, Roung sub-district, Memut district, Kampong Cham province. He defected to the national society and showed up at Khmer Embassy in South Vietnam on May 16, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ទឿ ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មានឋានៈជាគ្រូបង្រៀនកុមារា កុមារី នៅក្នុងភូមិបុស ឃុំរូង ស្រុកមេមត់ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ជននេះ បានភ្ញាក់រលឹកចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតវិញ ដោយបានបង្ហាញ ខ្លួននៅស្ថានទូតខ្មែរប្រចាំការនៅសាធារណរដ្ឋយៀកណាមខាងត្បូង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤។
