A letter sent to Mr. Chaiman on January 4, 1974 was described about the dificulty to bring rice to Cambodia. Because of fight and bad weather on Cambodia, a dicision was made to move the balance of 10,000 tons of rice for Khmer Republic to Saigon, and this tranche of rice was schaduled to arrive in Phnom Penh before the of December 1973.
សារលិខិតផ្ញើទៅអធិបតីកាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ រៀបរាប់ពីផលលំបាកនៃការនាំស្រូវចូលប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ដោយសារតែជម្លោះ និងអាកាសធាតុនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាយើង សមេ្រចផេ្ទរអង្ករ១០,០០០តោន ដែលនាំចូលកម្ពុជាទៅ សៃហ្គនវិញ។ អង្ករនេះត្រូវដឹកដល់ភ្នំពេញមុនខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។
