On August 15, 1971, about 60 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers including one North Viet cong soldier hid at VT 412-580
in Dey Kraham village, Thamada A sub-district, Samrong district, Kampong Speu province. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥-សីហា-១៩៧១ មានពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងមានការចំនួន ប្រហែល៦០នាក់ ក្នុងចំនួននោះមានយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើងម្នាក់ប្រដាប់ អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃទាំងអស់បានចូលមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងភូមិដីក្រហម នៅត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៤១២-៥៨០ នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ធម្មតាអរ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
