A source reported that about 450 North Yuon Viet cong soldiers including 40 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers armed with three 82mm mortars and three 60mm mortars were divided into small groups each group there were about 50 to 60 conducting activities between Prey Totoeng and Traeng to the North of national road No.7 in village as following: Thmar Paun, Au Daung Phdao, Raol Chrauk, Prey Pway, O Daun Nha, Ang, Kau, Kao Svay, Daun Chi, O Say and Chong village.
