Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Vong Muon Takk, Chinese, 45 years old, escaped to state affairs region by hiring the boat of Sin Noeum aka Soeum, for 20,000 riel to go to Kampong Khlaing Phnom Kraom, Muon Takk was chopped 4 times by axe and thrown into water by Soeun before he took away Takk's money and ran away. Takk lifted out of water and sent to authority at Phnom Kraom.
វ៉ង មួនតាក់ ជនជាតិចិន អាយុ៤៥ឆ្នាំ បានគេចខ្លួនមករស់នៅ ក្នុងតំបន់រដ្ឋការ ដោយបានជួលទូកឈ្មោះ ស៊ីន នឿម ហៅ សឿម ជិះក្នុងតម្លៃ២០,០០០រៀល មកកំពង់ឃ្លាំង ភ្នំក្រោម។ មួន តាក់ ត្រូវបាន ឈ្មោះ សឿម កាប់៤ពូថៅ ទម្លាក់ក្នុងទឹក ហើយយក ប្រាក់របស់គាត់រត់បាត់ទៅ។ តាក់ ត្រូវបានអ្នកនេសាទជួយស្រង់ ហើយបញ្ជូនមកអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅភ្នំក្រោមតែម្ដង។
