In April 1974, Khieu Samphan led a Grunk delegation to China in order to have a meeting with Chou En-lai. The meeting was happened at night under the present of Ambassador of Britain and Canada and Australia.
កាលពីខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ លោកខៀវ សំផន និងប្រតិភូ រដ្ឋាភិបាលរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើដំណើរចូលរួមការប្រជុំ នៅប្រទេសចិនជា ជូ អិន ឡៃ។ ការប្រជុំនេះចូលរួមដោយ អធិបតេយ្យភាព របស់ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតអង់គេ្លស, កណាដា, និងអូស្ដ្រាលី។
