A source reported that the enemies who stayed in Zone 15, were invited to paticipate in a meeting in which they raised up about the plan to spy and raid on the national armed forces at VT 736-964 in Tuot Prech village. They were nominated to raid on the national armed forces who were going up to the above region. On the other hand, they were resposible for shooting a few National Army dead in order to intimidate them from entering to the above place.
