On August 19, 1971, about 300 to 400 North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers hid and stored ammunition at WT 641-128 to the North of Stung Yaung village and at WT 644-127 in ChiKor sub-district, Tbong Khmum district, Kampong Cham province. They banned villagers from crossing the above place in order to keep their confidential problem.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះពួកយៀកកុងយួន ខាងជើងមានគ្នាប្រហែលពី៣០០ទៅ៤០០នាក់ បានចូលមកលាក់ខ្លួននឹង តាំងកន្លែងលាក់គ្រាប់រំសេវជាច្រើននៅខាងជើងភូមិសឹ្ទងយូង ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ៦៤១-១២៨ និងចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ៦៤៤-១២៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ជីគរ ស្រុកត្បូងឃំ្មុ។ ពួកខ្មាំងតែងចាប់មិនឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ចេញចូលនៅកន្លែងរបស់ពួកវា ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យបែកការអាថ៌កំបាំងរបស់ ពួកវា។
