Soy Nhoem, 26 years old, defected to military sub-district of Kampot on November 13, 1973. He said that till November 11, 1973 he himself and his four partners named Say Nha, Ou Chruy, Uk Savan and Keo Rat had joinned national community. He also said he used to teach children in Krang Chek village for 2 years. There was no other issue beside this.
ឈ្មោះ សយ ញឹម អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ បានចូលមកសារភាពនៃផ្នែកសឹក រងកំពត ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយថា រហូតមកទល់ថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្លួន និងគ្នា៤នាក់ទៀត គឺឈ្មោះ សយ ញ៉, អ៊ូ ជ្រុយ, អ៊ុក សាវ៉ន និង កែវ រ៉ាក់ បាន រត់ចូលមករួបរួមក្នុសង្គមជាតិវិញ។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួនបានបញ្ជាក់ថា បាន បង្រៀនកេ្មងនៅក្នុងភូមិក្រាំងចេកនេះ អស់រយៈពេល២ឆ្នាំ ហើយក្រៅ ពីនោះពុំមានធ្វើអ្វីធំដុំទេ។
