This is memorandum of conversation about three years aid program for south Vietnam. The memorandum was participants, president qerald R ford, senator frank church, senator james B. pearson, and Dr. Henry A, Kissinger, secretary of state, date on Tuesday March 4, 1975, at the oval office.
នេះជាអនុស្សរណៈស្ដីពីការសន្ទនា អំពីកម្មវិធីផ្ដល់ជំនួយរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ ដល់ប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ការសន្ទនានេះធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមដូចជា នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីជឺរាត អ៊ែ ហ្វ៊ត សមាជិកសភាហេ្វ្រង្គ ឈើច និងចែម ប៊ី ភាសីនហើយនិង បណ្ឌិតហេនវី អេ ឃឺស៊ីងជឺដែលជារដ្ឋលេខាធិការ។
