The Deputy Prime Ministry of Cambodia Khieu Samphan is to begin «an official friendlly visit» to china tomorrow. The enclosed Hsinhua announcement of this visit states that Khieu Samphan will be accompanied by Ieng Sary, who was appoited «Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign Affair in the Prime Minister's office» on 13 August.
