There has been considerable debate about whether a blood bath will follow a Communist take over in Cambodia. The attached summary of communist atrocities Tab A should end any debate about the policies that will be implemented. It is also of interest that prince Sihanouk issued a warning today that all foreigners must leave Phnom Penh before the communist take over no doubt they do not want anyone to see what will happen.
