Interviewed with Chea Toan, the aunt of the biography owner. She said that Yoeun was a medic of division 12. Later he was the medical staff of Hospital 98. Yoeun was arrested on January 6, 1977. Presently Yoeun's family live in Pork A-teav in Leuk Dek district.
