The situation in Cambodia is mid . It is better than last year around Phnom Penh and better than last week. The biggest problem is the erosion of morale above the lapse of US. Support and the withdrawal of foreign embassies. The situation along the Mekong is deteriorating ".
ស្ថាពភាពនៅកម្ពុជាស្ថិតនៅពាក់កណ្ដាល។ ស្ថានភាពនៅភ្នំពេញមាន ប្រសើរជាងឆ្នាំមុន។ បញ្ហាធំបំផុតនោះគឺការថយចុះ នៃសីលធម៌លើការបាត់បង់ជំនួយពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិច និងការដកស្ថានទូតបរទេសចេញ។ ស្ថានភាពនៅតាមដងទនេ្លមេគង្គ កាន់តែយ៉ាប់ឡើង។
