In late 1972, an Eastern zone cadre whose name is unknown said that she led the soldiers to fight at Vihear Sour battle field at WT 064-896. There 2 foreign journalists, unknown names, were arrested after the fight. The reason why they arrested these journalists was that they took the pictures from the battle field. They were transferred to zone 203 to be interrogated.
កាលពីចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ កម្មាភិបាលភូមិភាគបូពា៌ម្នាក់មិនស្គាល់ ឈ្មោះបាននិយាយថា គាត់បានដឹកនាំយុទ្ធជនទៅវាយប្រហារនៅ សមរភូមិវិហារសួគ៌ ត្រង់ចំនុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៤-៨៩៦។ នៅសមរភូមិអ្នកកាសែតបរទេសចំនួន២នាក់ ពុំស្គាល់ឈ្មោះត្រូវ បានចាប់ខ្លួនបន្ទាប់ពីការវាយប្រហាររួច។ មូលហេតុនៃការចាប់ខ្លួន អ្នកកាសែតនេះ ដោយពួកគេចូលទៅថតយករូបភាពផ្ទាល់នៅក្នុង សមរភូមិ។ ហើយអ្នកកាសែតនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់ ភូមិភាគ២០៣ ដើម្បីសួរចម្លើយ។
