This is telegram of department of state. These are 2 points: 1- French Embassy in Peking has passed a message to George Bush from Sihanouk, 2- message was delivered by Sihanouk's cheif du cabinet who commented to Malo that the message might have as its purpose not only preservation of records, but also a possible opening of required channel of communication.
នេះគឺជាទូរលេខរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេស ដែលមាន២ចំណុចដូច ខាងក្រោម។ ១ ទូតបារាំងនៅបេកាំង បានផ្ញើរលិខិតពីសមេ្ដចសីហនុនៅជច ប៊ូស។ ២ លិខិតនេះផ្ញើរមកដោយគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី របស់សមេ្ដចសីហនុដោយគាត់និយាយប្រាប់ ម៉ាឡូថាសារលិខិតនេះមិនត្រឹមផ្ញើរដើម្បីរក្សាទុកឯកសារនោះទេ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែវាជាការចាប់ផ្ដើមច្រកទំនាក់ទំនង។
