I wanted you to know that I have been following closely the events in Cambodia during my middle east trip, and have been particularly impressed with the strength, finesse and fortitude with which you have been carrying out your duties over the past several weeks, It's a tough job I know and a largely thankless one. We are all counting on your to be strong during these difficult times, and I know you will not let us down.
ខ្ញុំចង់ជម្រាបទៅដល់លោកថា ខ្ញុំបានតាមដានយ៉ងដិតដល់ ពីព្រឹតិ្ដការណ៍កើតឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅពេលដែលខ្ញុំធ្វើដំណើរកំសាន្ដមកអាស៊ីបូពាហ៌ ហើយខ្ញុំសូមកោតសរសើរ ចំពោះកម្លាំង ភាបប៉ិនប្រសព្វ និងការអត់ធ្មត់របស់លោកក្នុងការបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ច។ វាគឺជាការងារមួយយ៉ាងលំបាកដោយពុំទទួលបានដឹងគុណ។ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដ៏លំបាកតឹងតែងនេះ យើងសូមពឹងផ្អែកលើលោក ហើយសង្ឃឹមថាលោកនឹងមិនធ្វើអោយពួកយើងខកចិត្ដ។
