Lon Nol State Affairs nominated Chhoeun as a secret agent of Hong Yu aka Hong, to live in Vietnam. Chhoeun confessed that he and Sovann burried the bomb at American resident after they had discussed with their partisans at Him Kla's house, Cham people, who sold firewood at river side near Boudish.
រដ្ឋការជំនាន់ លន់ នល់ បាននិទេ្ទសឈ្មោះ ឈឿន ជាអ្នកធ្វើការសម្ងាត់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ហុង យូ ហៅ ហុង ទៅនៅស្រុកយួន។ ឈឿន បានសារភាពថាខ្លួន និងសុវណ្ណ បានយកគ្រាប់បែកទៅកប់នៅកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅរបស់ជនជាតិ អាមេរិចកាំង បន្ទាប់ពីបានប្រជុំគ្នាជាមួយបក្សពួកនៅផ្ទះរបស់ ហ៊ឹម ខ្លា ជាជនជាតិចាម ដែលរកស៊ីលក់អុសនៅមាត់ទនេ្ល ក្បែរប៊ូឌិញ។
