The NSC Ad Hoc group on Vietnam and Cambodia has finished studying issues raised at the WSAG I am forwarding for your information a summary of their findings but not the annexes. Upon your return to washington, I believe we should have a second WSAG meeting to resolve some of the still undecide issues.
ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្ដិសុខជាតិនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម និងកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ចប់ ការសិក្សា ពីបញ្ហាដែលបានលើកឡើងនៅ ក្រុមសកម្មភាពពិសេស វ៉ាស៊ីនតោនហើយ។ ខ្ញុំនឹងផ្ញើរព័ត៌មានជាសងេ្ខបពីការរកឃើញ របស់ពួកគេអោយលោក ប៉ុន្ដែចំពោះឧបសម្ព័ន្ធខ្ញុំមិនបានផ្ញើរទេ។ បន្ទាប់ពីលោកត្រឡប់ទៅទីក្រុងវ៉ាស៊ីនតោនវិញ ខ្ញុំនឹងសង្ឃឹមថាយើង នឹងមានការប្រជុំក្រុមសកម្មភាពពិសេសវ៉ាស៊ីនតោនជាលើកទី២ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហាដែលនៅសល់។
