On July 26 ,1971, about 200 North Yuon Viet Cong deployed in Roluos village VT 816-369, Chra Nieng Khpuos village VT 863-264 and Khleang village VT 876-265, Tang Yap commune, Prey Kabass district of Takeo province attempt to attack National Army based in Spean Saiva.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យួនយៀកកុងខាងជើង ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិរលួស ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៨៦១-៣៦៩, ភូមិច្រនៀងខ្ពស់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨៦៣-២៦៤ និងភូមិឃ្លាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨៧៦-២៦៥ ក្នុងឃុំតាំងយ៉ាប ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានបំណង វាយប្រហារកងការពារយើងដែលនៅការពារស្ពានសៃវ៉ា។
