The Us troops were forced to withdraw from Vietnam. Frank Church and John Sherma cooper required that all funds authorized for US force in Indochina be used only for the purpose of completing the withdraw of all US. force could not engage in fighting in North Vietnam, South Vietnam, Cambodia or Laos, except to protect withdrawing American from "imminent danger".
កងទ័ពសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិច ត្រូវបង្ខំឱ្យដកទ័ពចេញពីប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ លោក ហេ្វ្រង ឈើច និង ចន សើម៉ា ខូភឺ តម្រូវឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថភ្ភទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ដកកងទ័ពសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិចចេញពី ឥណ្ឌូចិន។ ទ័ពទាំងអស់មិនត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យប្រយុទ្ធនឹង ប្រទេសវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង, វៀតណាមជើង, កម្ពុជា និងឡាវទេ លើកលែងតែប្រយុទ្ធដើម្បីការពារការដកទ័ពនេះពី «គ្រោះថ្នាក់ អច្ចាសន្ន»។
