At the meeting of the Senior Review Group September 15, 1970, at which the "strategy option for Cambodia" portion of the response to NSSM-99 was discussed on 3 main points. All these 3 main points were agreed.
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំរបស់ក្រុមត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាក់ខ្ពស់ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ជម្រើសយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ សម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា» គេបានលើកឡើងចំណុច៣ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតប ទៅនឹង អិនអេសអេសអ៊ឹម-៩៩។ ចំណុចទាំង៣នេះទទួលបាន យល់ស្រប។
