Mr. Kol Syphuong, Cambodian consul General in Hong Kong, attended the Six-Day Chiefs of mission Conference in Phnom Penh in mid-May. He told the reporting officer, whom he has Known for many years that Lon Nol and Sirik Match briefed the conference on events leading up to the March 18 coup.
