Layman Kang, cadre of southwest zone hospital, confessed that Veng, secretary of battalion, Region 31, was indoctrinated by Bun Chann with treason. Chann always met with Veng to conduct activities aimed at causing soldiers fear of the battlefield and disintegrated from a battalion to a battalion. Veng played an important role in directing the movement of the new party in Rorlea Phieat District because Veng was a native of Prey Moul Sub-district, Rorlea Phieat District, and held the post as a commissioner of battalion, region 31.
អាចារ្យ កង កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរពេទ្យភូមិភាគនិរតី បានឆ្លើយថា វែង លេខាវរសេនាតូច កងតំបន់ ៣១ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ប៊ុនចាន់ អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ ចាន់ តែងមកជួយជាមួយវែងដើម្បីធ្វើចលនា ក្នុងកងទ័ពឱ្យខ្លាចសមរភូមិមិន ចង់ច្បាំង ធ្វើឱ្យទ័ពបែកបាក់គ្នាពីវរៈ មួយទៅវរៈមួយទៀត។ វែង មាននាទីសំខាន់ក្នុងការដឹកនាំចលនា របស់បក្សថ្មី នៅស្រុករលាប្អៀរ ព្រោះវែង មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅ ឃុំព្រៃមូល ស្រុករលាប្អៀរ ហើយមាននាទីជាស្នងការ កងវរសេនាតូចរបស់ តំបន់៣១នេះ។
