Ngan Thon aka Ram, working at company, state warehouse, confessed that Kdom, commander of Ratanak Kiri company, attended to received the plots to kill cadre Sang, working at regiment in 1974. Kdom also attended to explode grenade to destroy office of Chen village handicraft and to secretly kill Pork's messenger.
