Interviewed with the biography owner's younger sister Srei Sampong. She said that before 1975 Nou Pech was medical student at France. After April 17, 1975, he returned Cambodia. Pech has a wife named Mao Narin aka Dy who was born in Prey Kabas sub-district, Takoe province. He has a daughter and a son. Angkar arrested Nou Pech and his wife in 1978. Prensently, Pech has a son named Nou Pech Vanno who wis the ambasador officer at the United Nation. Srei Sampong added that Nou Pech's family returned from France to Cambodia with a Hao Namhong's family.
