Ngan Thon aka Ram, working in state warehouse company, confessed that he knew Saroeun was treacherous to the party, because Pha told him. Moreover, Saroeun took part in an activities of stealing people's cows and then provided them to enemy soldiers, convincing people to flee to enemy and staging demonstration against [the Angkar], and assassinating a combatant.
