This person served khmer communist as cadre organiser under the command of the Vietnamese commander in Ng 82. There were 900 forces in Ng 82, based in region 22, the deputy commander of Ng 82 was Chao Soeun. This person had studied military strategy with Vietnamese instructor and khmer instructor from Hanoi. The khmer communist propagandiged among soldier that the war they were provoking was for the good of the whole population, not to seize power for the king. Meanwhile, among the ordianry people, they propagandized that the war served Sihanuk. The reasons that this person defected because he could not stand the dictatorship and difficult life. Beside, the so called anti-American war was not the fighting with American, but with the same nationality, cambodia.
ឈ្មោះនេះចូលបម្រើឱ្យចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មានមុខងារជាកម្មាភិ- បាលខាងរៀបចំទ័ព ក្រោមបញ្ជាការយួន ក្នុង «ង» ៨២។ នៅក្នុង «ង» ៨២នេះ មានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់៩០០នាក់ ប្រចាំការនៅក្នុងតំបន់ ២២ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ចៅ សឿន ជាមេបញ្ជាការរង «ង» ៨២។ ឈ្មោះនេះធ្លាប់បានរៀនក្ឃួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រជាមួយគ្រូយួន និងគ្រូខ្មែរខ្លះ ដែលមកពីហាណូយ ពួកវាបានបំផុសថាៈ សង្គ្រាមនេះជាសង្គ្រាមប្រជា- ជន មិនមែនរំដោះដីអោយសេ្ដចទេ ពាក្យនេះឃោសនាទៅលើទ័ពតែ ជាមួយប្រជាជនរំដោះដីអោយសេ្ដចសីហនុ។ មូលហេតុនេះ ក៏ចុះចូល ដោយសារពិបាករស់នៅពេក ហើយម្យ៉ាងទៀតគឺវាយតែខ្មែរគ្នាឯង គ្មានឃើញអាមេរិកម្នាក់សោះ និងពិសេសគឺពួកវាប្រើអំណាចផ្ដាច់ការ។
