Ngann Thon aka Ram, deputy commander of state warehouse company at kilometer 6, confessed that Hean betrayed the party because he saw Hean attended the meeting discussed about unsuccessfully plan to kill cadres and destroy warehouse at kilometer 6 in July 1976 led by Maly and At [arrested by the Angkar]. Ram did not inform Hean's activity in details.
ង៉ាន ថុន ហៅ រ៉ម អនុបញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋគីឡូម៉ែត្រ លេខ ៦ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ានក្បត់ ព្រោះបាន ឃើញ ហ៊ានចូលរួមប្រជុំដកពិសោធន៍អំពីផែនការសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល និងកំទេចឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ មិនបានសមេ្រច។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ដឹកនាំដោយ ម៉ាលី និងអាត «ចាប់ហើយ»។ រ៉មមិនបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីសកម្មភាពផេ្សងៗរបស់ ហ៊ានទេ។
