Un Sam Oeun, 31, was born in Sika village, Svay Ang sub-district, Svay Rieng district, region 23. In 1970, he joined the revolution and served as a soldier in region 23. In 1971, he was promoted as a soldier of Eastern Zone. In August 1972, he joined the CIA through Bun Sany, Seng Hort, and Svay Mao. He was responsible for implementing Sam-oeun's task to build up CIA forces and infiltrate into the revolution to take power from the revolution, destroy it, and divert from its guideline. The network continued to make contact with each other until 1975. After 1975, Pa Bun, Bun Sany, Touch Sambo, Uk Sambo and a number of network were captured by Angkar; on the contrary, the remaining network had to stay quiet for a while. In 1976, Sam Oeun was transferred by Phuong to rubber plantation under Ta Pav, deputy chief, and Man, chief. With Phuong being a supporter, Sam Oeun went on with expansion of forces and having the plans when Vietnam invaded. Joining forces with Vietnam had to be implemented. In 1978, the army of Angkar asked for permission to disarm him. Sam Oeun was captured at night. The confession of Sam Oeun was implicated 90 networks.
អ៊ុន សំអឿន អាយុ ៣១ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិស៊ីកា ឃុំស្វាយអង្គ ស្រុកស្វាយរៀង តំបន់ ២៣ ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ និងធ្វើយោធានៅតំបន់ ២៣ ដល់ ១៩៧១ ឡើងមកយោធា ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ខែ៨-១៩៧២ ចូល សេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈ ប៊ុនសានី, សេង ហ៊ត, ស្វាយ ម៉ៅ ភារៈកិច្ចដែល សំអឿន អនុវត្ដគឺ កសាងកម្លាំង សេអ៊ីអា បង្កប់ក្នុងបដិវត្ដន៍ ដើម្បីដណ្ដើមអំណាច ពីបដិវត្ដន៍ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដន៍បង្វែមាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដន៍។ កម្លាំងនេះបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពទាក់ទងគ្នាជាប់ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ។ ក្រោយ ១៩៧៥ ប៉ា ប៊ុន, ប៊ុន សានី, ទូច សំបូរ, អ៊ុក សំបូរ និងខ្សែមួយចំនួនទៀតត្រូវអង្គការចាប់អស់ ហើយកម្លាំងដែលនៅសល់ត្រូវសម្ងំមួយរយៈសិន ។ ១៩៧៦ សំ អឿន ត្រូវបានភួងដកមកនៅចំការកៅស៊ូ តាប៉ាវទទួលជាអនុប្រធាន និង ម៉នជាប្រធាន ។ ពេលនោះកំលាំង សេអ៊ីអា សំអឿន មានភួងជាបង្អែក ក៏បានកសាងកម្លាំងជាបន្ដទៀត និងរៀបចំផែនការ ពេលវៀតណាមវាយចូលមកត្រូវរួមក្នាវាយបដិវត្ដិតែម្ដង ។ រហូតដល់ ១៩៧៨ កងទ័ពរបស់អង្គការចូលទៅសុំដកអាវុធ អស់ដល់យប់ព័ទចាប់សំអឿនតែម្ដង ។ នៅក្នុងចំលើយនេះមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកចំនួន ៩០នាក់ ដែលចាប់នៅក្នុងចម្លីយរបស់ សំអឿន ។
