កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On March 21, 1973 approximately 1,000 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces under the command of Chhunly and Vat, moved from Talun sub-district, Sa Ang district, Kandal province to deploy in Kampong Svay sub-district WT 100-630 and in Banteay Dek sub-district WT 170-630, Kean Svay district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ មីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល១,០០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឈុន លី និង វ៉ាត ចេញពីសង្កាត់តាលន់ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ចូលមករាយគ្នា នៅសង្កាត់កំពង់ស្វាយ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១០០-៦៣០ និងសង្កាត់បន្ទាយដែក ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ១៧០-៦៣០ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
