អ៊ុក សាមឿន ហៅភីន គណៈកម្មការសំរិតសំរាំងផលិតផលនាំ ចេញបាននិយាយថា ឃួនបានចាត់តាំងខ្លួនអោយតាមដានកម្មាភិបាល ដែលមិនពេញចិត្ដ នឹងខ្លួន«ឃួន» ដើម្បីលើកផែនការកំទេច។
