ខេស៊ីអាយ០១០៤ ២០០២១២០៦, ភូមិហាន់ជ័យ ឃុំហាន់ ជ័យ ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។ សម្ភាសន៍ដោយ ជួង សុភារិទ្ធ។ កំណត់សំគាល់ៈ ផាន់ សំអុល បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ ជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឡាត ប៉ុក ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៦៧ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបងប្អូនជីដូនមួយ។

Than Sam Ol alias Muon, female, disappeared. Interviewed with her cousin, Lach Puk, male, 67. Puk lives in Hann Chey village, Hann Chey commune, Kamong Siem district, Kampong Cham province.
Puk said, Sam Ol was born in year of rat, Hann Chey village, Hann Chey commune, kampong Siem district, and Kampong Cham province. Dok Phann was Sam Ol៌s father, and Mao Vet was Sam Ol៌s mother. Sam Ol worked at industry when he was young. In 1970, he was in prison because of KR៌s demonstration. After the release from prison for a month, there was Lon Nol៌s Coup d៌état, so Sam Ol left home village again. When Sam Ol visited his home village, there were 5 messengers accompany him. Puk heard that Sam Ol was a chief of district at Chamka Leu, and then moved to be a chief district at Kampong Siem. Puk also sent his child, Sy Na to live with Sam Ol. In 1973 to 1974, KR created the solidarity group and gathered the rice as communal in Puk៌s village. In 1975, Puk fled to Prek Ang, Neak Vorn district. After Phnom Penh was liberated bu KR, Puk returned home village. Bean, Than, Khuon who were chiefs of village, they all were arrested one by one by KR. ផាន់ សំអុល ហៅ មួន ភេទស្រី, កំំណត់សម្គាល់ៈ បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឡាច ប៉ុក ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៦៧ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបងប្អូនជីដូនមួយ។ ប៉ុក រស់នៅភូមិហាន់ជ័យ ឃុំហាន់ ជ័យ ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ប៉ុកនិយាយថា សំអុលកើតឆ្នាំ ជូត មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិហាន់ ជ័យ ឃុំហាន់ជ័យ ស្រុកកំពង់ សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ឪពុក របស់សំអុលឈ្មោះ ដុក ផាន់ និងម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ វ៉េត។ កាលពី កេ្មងសំអុល ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រ។ ក្រោយមកគាត់ ជាប់គុកនៅ ពៃ្រសនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ដោយសារ មានបាតុកម្មរឿងខែ្មរក្រហម។ ចេញពីគុកប្រហែលជា១ខែ សំអុលក៏បានចាកចេញពីភូមិម្ដងទៀត ដោយសារ មានរដ្ឋប្រហារលន់ នល់។ ពេលដែល សំ អុល មកលេង ភូមិ មាននិរសា៥នាក់មកអម ជាមួយគាត់។ ក្រោយមកឮថា សំំអុល មាននាទីជាគណៈស្រុកនៅចម្ការលើ តែបន្ទាប់មកទើបផ្លាស់ ទៅធ្វើជាគណៈ ស្រុកនៅឯកំពង់សៀម វិញ។ ប៉ុក ក៏ឱ្យកូនរបស់ខ្លួនឈ្មោះ ស៊ីណា ទៅនៅជាមួយ សំ អុលនៅឯចម្ការលើដែរ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣៧៤ ខែ្មរក្រហម បង្កើតឱ្យមានជាក្រុមសាមគ្គី ហើយនឹងមានការដាក់អង្ការរួម នៅក្នុងភូមិ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ប៉ុក រត់ទៅព្រែកអង្គ ស្រុកនាគវ័ន។ នៅពេលដែលខែ្មរក្រហមវាយ ដាច់ភ្នំពេញហើយ ប៉ុក ត្រលប់ចូលមកស្រុកកំណើតវិញ។ ឈ្មោះ បៀន, ថាន និងឃួន មាននាទី ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំភូមិ តែត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហម ចាប់យកទៅបាត់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
