Eam Khoem aka Run confessed that he convinced Ray to participate in the treacherous activities. So far, Ray carried out such activities as walking into the compound of Phnom Penh city to get him being discharged from the compound in an effort to cause unrest in the city. At the end of July 1976, Ray attended the meeting and received the plots from Sem [arrested]to push the serious ill patients towork hard in order to have them frustrated at the revolution. In so doing, they would be easy to lure them to join the treasonous group. They used cows and buffaloes to work under tense condition to cause threat to soldiers. If those soldiers persisted, they would use 3-tons theory to be applied.
អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន បានសារភាពថាខ្លួនបាន អប់រំឈ្មោះ រ៉ាយ ឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពក្បត់បាន ។ កន្លងមក រ៉ាយ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពដូចជា ដើរលេងចូលមកក្នុងបរិវេណ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកយាមដេញ ដើម្បីបង្កើតចលនាពេញក្រុង។ នៅចូងខែ៧-១៩៧៦ រ៉ាយ បានប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សែម «ចាប់ហើយឱ្យជុំរុញអ្នកឈេឺឱ្យធ្វើការធ្ងន់ ដើម្បីមានការ ថ្នាំងថ្នាក់នឹងបដិវត្ដន៍ ងាយស្រួលអូសទាញចូលក្នុងក្រុមក្បត់ ប្រើគោក្រវបីឱ្យធ្ងន់ដើម្បីឱ្យអន្ដរាយ គំរាមកំហែងយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យសំរុកធ្វើការ បើអ្នកនាតថ្លៃត្រូវយកទ្រឹស្ដីបីតោនក្នុងមួយ ហិកតាយកទៅសង្កត់។
