Thay Sovann Tha confessed that Sut Khorn, male, 30, had a graduate of Technology from Battambang university. Currently, he was an electrician at Phsar Tauch Power Plant. Before 17 April 1975, he was an electrician of construction ministry of Wat Phnom Power Plant of Kampuchea, where he joined the CIA. He convinced [workers]of insufficient food and some cadres secret ate over their ration.
ថាយ សូវ៉ាន់ថាបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ស៊ុត ឃន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសមកពីសាកល វិទ្យាល័យបាត់ដំបង បច្ចុប្បន្នជាជាងផ្នែកជួសជុលភ្លើងនៅ អគ្គីសនីផ្សាតូច។ មុន ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ធ្វើជាជាង នៅក្រសួងសំណង់របស់អគ្គីសនីកម្ពុជាវត្ដភ្នំ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា និងមានភារកិច្ចនិយាយបំផុសអំពីការខ្វះខាតរឿងហូបចុក មានកម្មាភិបាលខ្លះលួចហូបបាយខុសរបបនាំអោយកម្មករអន់ចិត្ដ។
