The petition of people living in Koh Ta Chann village supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th meeting, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crimes on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition described that 365 people living in Koh Ta Chann village were very angry with the crime committed by Pol Pot who was a lackey of Chinese hegemony. During holding power for 3 years, 8 moths, and 20 days, Pol Pot cruelly exterminated Cambodian people. The petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and written by Suong Chann.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជនភូមិកោះតាចាន់ចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់ រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា ប្រជាជនចំនួន៣៦៥នាក់ក្នុងភូមិកោះតាចាន់ មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយ បនអនុត្ដរភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវា កាន់អំណាចក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត របស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយសួង ចាន់។
