The petition of monks staying at Nirivung Prasat pagoda was about supporting the revolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, and condemning for Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition described that 27 monks of Nirivung Prasat pagoda, Damnakk Kantuot Cheung, were angry with Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony, who committed the crime. For 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days in holding power, Pol Pot exterminated Cambodian people and damaged the society. The petition dated on September 30, 1983 was written by Kung Pon.
ញតិ្ដរបស់ព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅវត្ដ នីរីវង្សប្រាសាទគាំទ្រចំពោះសេចកី្ដ សំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជាសម័យ ប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ -១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់អំពីព្រះសង្ឃចំនួន២៧អង្គក្នុងវត្ដ គីរីវង្សប្រាសាទឃុំដំណាក់កន្ទួតខាងជើងមានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុត ចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាពចិនប៉េកាំង ក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាចក្នុងពេលនោះ ពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែល ជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយគង់ ប៉ុន។
